Japan is still one of the countries that feels most foreign to us outsiders but with our knowledge and exerience we will make your trip a smooth and pleasant one. Of course, we can say whatever we want about the holidays that we arrange for our customers so we though that you might like to hear some of the true feedback that we receive from our customers.

• Our holiday was simply fantastic thanks in no small part to your efforts. We were upgraded to an executive room at the Prince Park Tower (both stays) and had a balcony room at the Citadines which exceeded our expectations. Weather was great, and Kyoto was truly beautiful at this time of year We managed to visit Kamakura and Yokohama which were an interesting contrast. We also had use of the Sakura lounge in Narita without even asking. All in all ten out of ten! Thanks again and kindest regards.

• Our trip was excellent, Japan was exciting, fun, and interesting. There was the mix-up in Ishigaki and the Hotel room in Kyoto was very small, even for Japan, but these were minor issues. Overall the trip was very well organised, all the connections worked perfectly it was a very memorable two weeks. In Tokyo the Shiba Park is perfectly placed. We were given a room in the annex, which was business class and included tea, coffee soft drinks and free Internet, great value. Hotel in Ishigaki was fantastic, with some great restaurants nearby. Kyoto was also stunning; the small room was no problem as we were not there much, all transfers and trips worked like a dream. We intend to re-visit Japan in a few years, maybe stopping in Seoul, and we would not hesitate to use your company again. We have been trying to persuade friends to visit Japan, but they are unsure, such a shame, if they do want to go we would recommend they use your services! Many Thanks

• We have been back from Japan for a week or so now, and I just wanted to thank you for the arrangements you made, and the directions that you gave us. Everything worked very well, all the arrangements were in place, and we had no problems finding the hotels, or with any of the travel. The Hotel Villa Fontaine in Shiodome, Tokyo was a splendid start to the holiday, and the other exceptional accommodation and board was the ryokan in Takayama. We loved Japan and had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Thank you again for your recommendations and bookings on our behalf

The Prince Park Tower Hotel was superb as usual and we had a really lovely room with balcony (and superb city views) at the Westin Miyako. All our transfers were as planned and everything went off without a hitch.

• I am not sure what we had expected in advance, but in the continuum between a vacation and an experience, I would put it more towards experience (and a great one).
  Kyoto is the place where you feel you never have enough time... We went to Koya-san... the food was wonderful and we really liked it... The Okunoin was magical, I walked it a few times, mesmerized, once at night when all the lanterns were on and people are still singing/praying in the dark; a beautiful sound/light effect. Very strange how a graveyard can be so relaxing.
  The trip to Hirayu Onsen was fine, beautiful train ride. I actually liked the scenery here the most of the whole trip... As far as I am concerned, that inn at Hirayu was one of the best places we stayed in. The service, the food, the people, it was all fantastic, very different and very Japanese. This is the moment I felt most off the beaten track and we liked that a lot. Most tracks seem beaten, however, if not by tourists, then by the Japanese themselves.

  Now here's an odd request for you: is there a Mos Burger outlet at the soccer stadium? (so much food to try and so little time)

• Just a quickie to say that we had the most fantastic time ever on our trip. What a surprise Seoul was - a really great city and we could easily have spent two or three weeks there exploring the city and beyond...
  We have had our feet cleaned by Chinese doctor fish, cycled along the Han river, eaten raw horse and marvelled at the fabulous modern architecture.
  Tokyo was also amazing and we did as much as humanly possible in the three days. The Park Hotel was superb.

• Just a quick note to thank you for arranging our holiday to Japan. We both had a great time. Hotel in Tokyo was excellent and well placed to access the rest of the city. Weather was perfect with only rain on the morning of our trip to Mt Fuji, fortunately the rain stopped and the cloud lifted so we could see Mt Fuji from Hakone in the afternoon.
  All the tours were well organised and the guides were excellent and gave plenty of information about the places we visited and the Japanese way of life...

  If you are ever in contact with the Ryokan (Hodakaso Sanganoyu) in Takayama again please give them my greatest thanks, we had a lot of fun with the language issues but they were most understanding and patient people I've met, even helped with cooking the food at the table. Really lovely people.

• I thoroughly enjoyed my short holiday in Japan...
  I gave the Rail pass a right old hammering, I must of travelled in excess of 4,500km!! The latest any of the expresses arrived was 1 minute. Typically, the train from London to Liverpool arrived 28 minutes late! Welcome back to the UK!!!
  I never realised how dirty the UK in general is, I suppose you have to go to a place that's clean to see it though. Anyway thanks for arranging the holiday for me it all went off quite smoothly.

• As I was telling you the other day on the phone, the trip was excellent we had a great time! Koyasan was a very good experience (very glad I went there). The hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto were superb... The tour around Mt Fuji was great too, the tour guide was really sweet, I will definitely recommend that to other people. At the end we decide to spend one night in Osaka and I loved it, it was mad!!
