it is available all over England, it's just not the same as the real
thing. The freshness, quality and presentation of food is as important to the Japanese as
a camera is to a photographer. Food is a passion, a hobby and a way of life for so many
Japanese people. This package is a chance to tug at the heartstrings of the country's
cuisine and culture.
You can participate in one of two cooking classes depending on the days
of the week you are in Tokyo: either Making Your Own Sushi or Everyday
Japanese Cooking. Both options provide the
opportunity to learn how to create delicious and healthy Japanese dishes
and will enable you to take home a a new skill.
After travelling by the world-famous Bullet Train to Kyoto, there will
be further chances to observe the attention to detail which is the essence
of Japanese cuisine. Enjoy two traditional meals, one in the comfort
of your ryokan (traditional inn) and another at a restaurant.The people of
Kyoto are ferociously proud of the uniqueness of their cuisine in comparison
to that of other parts of the country. Sample the differences for yourself!
