Hiroshima

Hiroshima is a beautiful region of southwest Japan, also known as the city that was largely destroyed by an atomic bomb during World War Il. The historical monuments and museums are important symbols of peace, and is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Hiroshima is also rich in nature, and a visit to Itsukushima Shrine built in the water of the coast in Miyajima will prove true Japanese beauty.
