|Day 1||Arrive to Fukuoka by your own arrangements.|
Your 5-Day adventure around Northern Kyushu starts from the main train station of Fukuoka city - Hakata.
Follow signs to the JR Kyushu ticket office, where you can exchange your exchange orders for the actual 5-Day Northern Kyushu Pass.

|Day 2||Use your Northern Kyushu Pass to take a Bullet Train to Kumamoto. Visit Kumamoto Castle, Suizenji Garden and Former Hosokawa Residence. You will be surprised meeting the most popular bear of Japan and Kumamoto prefecture symbol "Kumamon" - a very cute brown bear with the blushed cheeks.|

|Day 3||Use your pass to take a train to Mt Aso - an active volcano with vast grassland, lakes, and hot springs at its base. It's caldera measuring 24 km in length from north to south, 18 km in width from east to west and 128 km in circumference, is the largest of its kind in the world. |

|Day 4||Use the pass to proceed to Beppu - one of the largest and most famous hot spring town in Japan. Hot spring bathing is a natural luxury for the Japanese, and you can experience this pleasure in your traditional inn later in the evening. In addition, there are so-called "Jigoku" or "Hell" - spectacular hot springs just for watching but not bathing as the temperature is too high. Try a local specialty - "steamed dishes from Hell's Kitchen" - cook your own range of seafood, poultry or vegetables in the natural steam of Jogoku hot springs. What can be more healthier! |
