bonded according to ABTA's rules and abide by ABTA's Code of Conduct.
ABTA Protection applies to services supplied by H.I.S. Europe Ltd.
but does not apply to services featured on this website that are provided
by any company that is not a member of ABTA. Please go to

of ABTA and for a copy of the Guide to ABTA's Scheme of Financial
protection.
The ATOL held by H.I.S. Europe Ltd. protects you against financial
loss in the event of its failure, but H.I.S. Europe Ltd. does not
provide cover for scheduled airline failure and your money will not
be protected against that risk.
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is a UK government body and the
Air Tour Organiser's Licence (ATOL), which H.I.S. Europe Ltd. holds
with this authority, means that we must abide by UK law. As of 01
April 2008, we are therefore required to charge a fee of GBP 1.00
per passenger, whenever a booking is covered by our ATOL licence,
number 5484.
Bookings are ATOL protected in the following cases: 1.) Where payment
is taken and an airline ticket is not issued within one working day
2.) Any air holiday package.
This money is paid to the CAA and will
be held by the CAA and paid out to customers protected under our ATOL
licence in the unlikely event of our financial failure. Note: Where
an airline ticket is issued within one working day of payment, a contract
will exist between the passenger and the airline and therefore will
not be covered under the ATOL scheme.
Data Protection: You have a legal right to view the data we hold on
you. Information you provide us will enable us to make your reservations
with our various suppliers which include airlines, hotels and sightseeing
companies. With regard to marketing we only market to those who register
with us for this service. We do not market to anyone who does not
